Three weeks old
Reese isn't ready to be a big girl!

Baby days are here again!

Day four... Reese still loves baby sister. I came in the living room this morning to find Reese holding Remi's Hand while she watched Curious George.

Remi Lynne on day four of her life. She is now keeping her eyes open for at least 10-20 minutes at a time. Look at those beautiful eyes!!


Remi on Day 3 of her life. The shirt says it all. She IS a Sweet Girl!



Leah is taking her role as big sister VERY seriously. She knows that it is her job to show her sisters how to be nice to each other, how to share and to make the Right choices.




Good thing pictures last a lifetime, because I never want to forget these first few precious days!


I was so pleasantly surprised to see my Reese love on her baby sister. Instead of the image of her trying to throw her off my lap that I had in my head. She has been more than loving to Remi. She always makes sure that She has enough blankets (she will keep bringing in blankets until I have 5 or 6). The only jealousy I have seen so far is that when Remi has a binki in her mouth, Reese wants one too (Reese never took a binki).


Family of FIVE!!! and life couldn't be more perfect.

This is the group that made it to the Cabin. My Oldest four siblings (my dads kids) weren't there. Either was my sisters Marcelle and Jill. Kenzie's Husband JT couldn't make it either. They were missed. We had 13 adults and 13 kids. We rented two snow mobiles. FUN, FUN, FUN!!

Anyway.... as you can tell from the photos, we were in Utah for the Holidays. It was a winter wonderland the entire three weeks. Starting with the Cabin where we had our fair share of snowy adventures. When we arrived at the cabin, it was snowing pretty heavily and had been for awhile. So only two out of our 6 cars had 4-wheel drive and could make it up to the cabin. The rest of us waited below for our turn to be hauled up the mountain.
Little did I know, but during the 1 1/2 hours that we were waiting, the first load of people really had it rough! When they arrived at the cabin, they couldn't get up the drive. They had to park about 200 yards away and then just carry all the stuff inside using an assembly line. They had a bunch of kids as well as my mom with them (who my brother Spencer had to practically carry inside). The funny (maybe not so funny at the time) part was when they got all unloaded and left to get the rest of us.. Stacy, Kenzie and Kym were hard at work clearing the drive way with brooms and regular dirt shovels. When they were nearly half way finished, a snow plow came and did the entire drive in no time!!! Thanks girls, it was a nice thought!
We stayed three days. The cabin was beautiful! It was big enough for all of us to have our own room. The kids had a bunk room for the boys and the girls. There was a big game room down stairs. Needless to say we had a great time! It was the perfect family gettaway.

The rest of the vacation was nice and relaxing. We stayed with my brother Spencer and his wife Kym most of the time. They have a nice big house a few blocks from the Timp Temple.
Everytime we passed it, Leah would sing "I love to see the Temple" It was so sweet!
We spent Christmas with my sister Jamie. We had a great time! We got snowed in... It was perfect.

Utah Vacation

Early Christmas

We are headed to Utah for Christmas this year so we had our family Christmas a little early.
It was so fun watching the kids rip through their gifts with so much excitement. Leah got a Bicycle. And Reese got a baby doll and buggy. They got some food and dishes for their
play Kitchen. My little performer, Leah, got a microphone and has been doing "shows" all Morning. I will be down stairs and I will hear "Mom!! the shows about to start. Come take your seats!" Then she will sing and dance then take a bow and say "thank you, thank you"
Reese has been loving on her new doll and little monster (Kristi gave her) all day.


WOW!!! Leah on a big girl Bike! She had so much fun. She would go as fast as she could and then slam on the brakes. Her and Reese (with her doll buggy) were racing up and down the Street. Leah was very concerned that Santa forgot her Elbow pads. I am sure if she see's him at the mall she will let him know his mistake. The outfits the girls are wearing were a gift from Mama (kevin's mom Anita).



And their off! These girls are growing up too fast. I am cherishing every moment!

So you think you can dance!!!!!

Sorry ladies! I officially have the best husband in the world! I love surprises, and Kevin got me good the other day. He told me that we were going to his friend Chris's bday party at Dave and Busters. He arranged for the girls to stay the night at Kristi's house so we could stay out late. While we were eating dinner he handed me an envelope with So you think you can Dance tickets in it. I am obviously a huge fan of the show and really wanted to go, but when I saw the price of tickets I just forgot about it. Well, Kevin didn't so he found some great seats for a great price on Ebay and surprised me for my birthday (it isn't until Dec. 16th).

We had a BLAST!!! When we got there the show was just starting. I got so emotional!! I was literally star struck. I was tearing up with excitement. So much so that I couldn't even talk!! (I am blaming my reaction on pregnancy hormones, because I have never acted this way).

The entire show was fantastic. It was so fun to revisit all the dances and dancers I saw months ago. I hope we will get to go again next year.

Who doesn't LOVE the fall? Perfect weather, gorgeous scenery, kids playing in the fallen leaves. So of course, we took our girls
out to capture the memories. We really got some great shots.
These are just a few. It is wonderful having a photographer for a
husband, but it is hard to have to wait for all the editing and
transferring to be done before I can get my hands on the pictures.
